For Massage, undress to your level of comfort, you will be draped with a sheet.
For ART, wear loose comfortable clothes.
How long are sessions?
30/60/90 minutes.
How much does it cost?
$45 (30m), $80 (60m), $120 (90m) for Massage
$50 (30m), $90 (60m), $140 (90m) for ART
Is massage safe if I’m sore/injured?
Usually yes; we’ll adapt pressure.
How often should I come?
Every 2–4 weeks for maintenance, weekly for active pain.
