You make every effort to care for yourself, but sometimes pain can disrupt your self-care routine. Massage therapy can play a crucial role in averting bodily imbalances that often lead to injuries and discomfort. Moreover, it accelerates the healing process when injuries do occur.
We all aspire to maintain our mobility as we age, to freely engage with our grandchildren, handle groceries effortlessly, and move with agility. Massage therapy serves as a valuable ally in supporting your exercise regimen, preventing injuries from interrupting your progress, and expediting healing when mishaps do arise. Additionally, it significantly augments your program by enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Moreover, massage aids in reducing inflammation, thereby ensuring the continuity of your exercise routine.
Life can be full of stressors, from busy work schedules to personal commitments. As we age, managing stress becomes even more crucial for maintaining overall well-being. Massage therapy offers a natural and effective way to de-stress. It helps to reduce tension, lower anxiety levels, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Regular massage sessions can reset your baseline stress level, allowing you to handle daily challenges with greater ease and resilience. Embrace the tranquility that massage brings and prioritize your mental and emotional health.
The frequency with which someone should get a massage depends on various factors, including personal health needs, lifestyle, and goals. Generally,

People typically undress completely or to their briefs. Private areas are always covered with a sheet. If you prefer you can remain dressed and your therapist can use different techniques that don’t require oils or creams.
Our Therapists all have a toolbox of methods and techniques. We find that some people may want to relax as much as possible. Others may need a specific painful area worked out. Some may want firm pressure overall but lighter pressure on their neck for example. We offer personalized sessions using the most appropriate techniques we can. Your therapist will ask questions and tailor your massage to your specific needs and requests.
The basic rate is $80 for an hour, $120 for 90 minutes, $45 for 30 minutes. The add-ons such as hot stones, CBD, and cupping are $15
